What is Workout?
A workout represents your training session in the gym, consisting of one or more exercises performed during that session.
Let's look at the demo image as an example. This particular workout consists of two exercises: Bench Press and Bent Over Row. Each exercise within your workout can be customized with specific sets, reps, and weights.
There are two ways to create a workout:
- Use an existing Routine as a template
- Start from scratch by clicking the red button and adding exercises of your choice
Now it's your turn! Head to the gym and create your first workout. Remember, every fitness journey starts with that first workout! 💪
