After you complete your workout and click the ✅ check mark, your session will be automatically saved as a workout history entry. This allows you to keep track of all your training sessions over time.

In the History tab, you can view a chronological list of all your past workouts. By clicking on any workout entry, you'll be taken to a detailed page showing:

  • The exercises you performed
  • The number of sets and reps completed
  • The weights you used
  • The total duration of your session

This history feature is essential for tracking your progress and maintaining consistency in your fitness journey. You can use these records to:

  • Monitor your strength gains
  • Analyze your workout patterns
  • Plan future training sessions
  • Stay motivated by seeing your improvements
