What is Exercise?
After you complete your workout and click the ✅ check mark, your session will be automatically saved as a workout history entry. This allows you to keep track of all your training sessions over time.
In the History tab, you can view a chronological list of all your past workouts. By clicking on any workout entry, you'll be taken to a detailed page showing:
- The exercises you performed
- The number of sets and reps completed
- The weights you used
- The total duration of your session
This history feature is essential for tracking your progress and maintaining consistency in your fitness journey. You can use these records to:
- Monitor your strength gains
- Analyze your workout patterns
- Plan future training sessions
- Stay motivated by seeing your improvements
